A BILL to repeal article three-d, chapter twenty-one of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to the crane operator certification act.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating the crane operator certification
act.
Article three-d, chapter twenty-one of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to delete the article on
creating the crane operator certification act.
